The price includes the breakfast, the room is quite spacious, nice vibes, a lot of open space, nice swimming pool

The housekeeping is slow responsive, the room is not that clean, the hotel looks outdated, the breakfast is not that tasty and lacks of variety, the electric stove doesn't work and they don't do anything about it even we asked to get another one

Good affordable place for families, apartment like setup of the rooms

I like the apartment setup. Even though the layout is a bit outdated it felt like a cozy home.

The room was not clean, trash from the previous attendant was still in the kitchen

Great for a 1 night stay if you leaving Bali the next day as it's close to the airport and cheap

Very old hotel, they are busy building, breakfast was the best part of this stay.

Spacious but dated and hard to find

The breakfast was sufficient, they had a pool area and a big lounge. The rooms were spacious but dated. Im sure it was a greet hotel 20 years ago.

Everything was very old, we booked a room with a kitchenette but there was no cooking facility or microwave. We were charged of ran extra bed , even though we booked for people. The rooms are very date and there was no mosquito protection. Its a nice cheap place for a stay. The hotel is hard to find and has a very broken road through a residential area to find.

Disappointing

nice territory, size of apparts, good breakfast, bathroom

Overall our stay was bad due to the following reasons: 1. room looks old, like in early 2020 2. a lot of inspects including huge cockroaches at night! 3. Staff is totally not client oriented: very long checking, when we ordered dinner in the room personnel brought beer bottle but didn’t open it or give anything to open, I had to get back to bar asking to open and give a beer glass, but barman sad he will not give it.

Okay hotel but quite overpriced; although it might be Nusa Dua thing

The suit was spacious and fine. Not amazing but like nice. Air-conditioning works fine. The bed is big but the pillows were too high and hard. Breakfast selection is real good: they've had a choice of Indonesian food (fried rice and noodles), some standard American and continental food and quite a lot of Chinese food too. Restaurant menu and prices are okay for hotel based. Real nice massage services at a price 280K rupiah for 1 hour balenese massage. Shuttle service is handy to go to the sea or Kuta region since the hotel is quite far from anywhere.

Gym is not nice at all. Firstly, there's no aircon. It's not fully equipped also. The pool was at maintenance but that's just a bad luck for my dates of stay. Pillows: pls make sure you guys have different hight pillows. Not sure it's a drawback but the hotel seem to focus on Chinese tourists a lot and there are lots of them staying.

Large rooms... clean...nice pool...great shuttle service to other parts of Bali... Staff was very attentive.

The room had air conditioning and was comfortable Free shuttle bus to various locations

Taxi was required for everything outside the hotel if we couldn’t make the free 9am bus.

Great size clean rooms for families but too noisey with Chinese tourists constantly.

Nice hotel,great size rooms, friendly staff great breakfast, beautiful clean pool. Resort provided free shuttle bus to Kuta, nusa dua beach or Bali collection centre which was great.

Too noisey with Chinese tourists all the time, large groups checking in morning and late at night, walking past rooms with no consideration for those sleeping. Didn't matter what time it was. Great location if you did not want to leave resort or didn't mind catching cab but no good if you wanted to walk as it was high on a hill.
